​Birds are our spirit twins, walking on two legs like we do, but living often on the wing. They teach us to preen and tend our boundaries, build safe nests for our creations, transition between the elements, make magic of music and language, travel great distances into new worlds, and spread our arms to embrace the sky.

The BIRD INSPIRATION deck, a medium-size 2.5x3.5" deck of 35 cards, reflects the wisdom of a great variety of birds--all from the east coast U.S. (my native area)--for life and spiritual guidance.

Look to the trees for answers: they are your home, your nourishment, your world and your wisdom--as once, long ago, they were ours. Rooted in both ground and heaven, they run the endless love story back and forth between earth and sky. You walk the trunk, the connector, ascending and descending. Keep searching, methodically tree to tree. You know something of worth wriggles hidden within. No one else can see it or believe it, but trust your inner knowing to find it. Hammer deeper with your fiery, hard-headed mind. Your jungle song is a wake-up, your hammer a knock at the echoing heart’s door. Drumming is the way in.
